Please visit our website for more information – https://www.mufgemea.com/mbe Purpose of the function The Identity and Access Management Administrator performs the business as usual (BAU) tasks regarding role-based identity and access management, such as managing the roles and role contents, executing Joiner / Mover / Leaver processes and relevant reporting including support for audits and recertification process. The Identity and Access Management Administrator investigates and provides solutions for less complex access management and role structures and ensures appropriate access controls are in place. Function positioning Within MBE, the Systems Division supports IT structures with regard to IT applications, infrastructure and hardware. IT Security team is one of the four units running under the Systems Division such as IT Planning, IT Delivery, IT Services and IT Security. The Identity and Access Management Administrator reports to the CISO, who reports to Head of IT, who reports to the Managing Director MBE, responsible for Operations & Support Divisions or in his/her absence the Management Board. The role includes the following Responsibilities: Maintain the role structure and design, update roles in line with organizational structure Increase the hygiene and ensure in collaboration with business units the accuracy of the roles regarding need the know principle. Managing the Joiner / Mover / Leaver processes. Managing and advising on authorization matrixes for applications. Prepare and maintain SOLL and IST matrixes and providing 2nd LoD relevant reporting necessary for recertification. Comply with policies and procedures such as security policies, application security, access control and corporate data safeguards. Provide (technical) advice and guidance on access security matters, provide expertise on access security hardening/improving. Perform other duties as may be required in relation with IT Security activities. Support and host IAM related IT audits and provide expertise, hands-on work, reporting and recommendations for risk mitigation and remediation. Documentation of relevant policies and procedures. The tasks described above apply to all offices of MBE. Consultation and others: Closely work together with other IT (security) staff and with the business. Participate in internal consultation platforms (either on an ad hoc or permanent basis) regarding IT Security and access management. The execution of the function will be according to the policies of the MUFG group in collaboration with EMEA Head Office in London and Head Office in Tokyo. In order to be successful in the role, you will need the following: Skills and experience: The function requires an intellectual and working background at a bachelor/ higher professional education (HBO) level in Computer science and/or IT Security. Practical experience and knowledge in implementing role-based access control, role mining, and ability to perform identity and access management operation are required. At least 3 years of work experience in IAM, IT security operation, relevant IT audit and/or IT risk management roles preferably within finance industry is required. Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory structure and IAM tools knowledge is strongly required. Knowledge about global standards such as COBIT, ITIL, FFIEC and SOX is preferred. The function also requires knowledge and understanding/experience of/with the bank's business, policies, rules and guidelines.
