Description

My client is a global financial services group and they are looking for an Identity and Access Management Analyst to join their Technology function. This role is responsible for day-to-day identity and access management activities, ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant access across enterprise systems. It is a hands-on position that provides exposure to IAM processes, governance, and collaboration with both technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform user lifecycle management including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews.
  • Administer role-based access controls (RBAC) to ensure appropriate entitlements.
  • Manage and resolve access requests and incidents in line with agreed service levels.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and audit trails for compliance purposes.
  • Collaborate with IT and Security teams to support governance and risk-related requirements.
  • Assist in incident investigations and contribute to remediation activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to awareness initiatives.

Skills & Experience

  • Familiarity with IAM tools and platforms (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, Azure AD, CyberArk).
  • Understanding of authentication, authorization, and access control principles.
  • Experience in enterprise or regulated environments desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and committed to delivering continuous improvement.
