SUMMARY:
This position is primarily responsible for designing and modifying business requirements in software applications to support provisioning and other systems access activities. Conducts risk remediation and security systems access analysis against policies, and procedures in order to control user access to critical information within the Memorial Health System.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designs requirements for how roles and individuals are identified in a system and assigned specific access rights.Designs and develops access management solutions, or modifications to existing systems, based on industry best practices.Investigates potential systems access incidents to report to process partners.Creates, modifies, or deletes accounts based on end-user needs and/or orphaned, expired, or duplicate accounts, serving as an escalation point for more complex account problems.Provides input into tactical security initiatives and assists with maintaining Information Security system access policies and standards.Builds, tests, and debugs, and ensures that security is “built into” the organizations application and IAM platforms.Participates in regular MHS or third party security and compliance audits related to system access.Reviews and resolves user access problems related to security controls to minimize business impact and risk exposure.Participates in internal and external audit activities in order to maintain accurate and complete documentation for future audits and ensure compliance.Implements counter-measures or mitigating controls for system access, including training and testing of existing and potential new systems.Generates complex reports, including writing specifications and business requirements for system modifications.
