IAM RESPONSIBILITIES: Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory Administration and Azure Identity Access Management Knowledge of IT service management (Incidents and Requests) Experience with Identity management solutions (preferably Cyberark) Experience with Azure ENTRA SSO solutionor OKTA workforce identity Independent and structured way of working, strong technical understanding Strong communication skills, team spirit and resilience Key Responsibilities: Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, documentation and configuration in the area of Identity Access and Management in handling Incidents, Requests and Change requests. Collaboration with other IT teams to integrate IAM solutions into various applications and services. Perform health checks to identify and minimize potential risks in the IAM environment. Testing of IAM workflows and drivers for quality before going live. Creation and maintenance of process documentation Ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and industry standards Perform quarterly user access review for IAM tools Ensure SLAs and compliance standards are consistently met Oversee daily operations and implement process improvements Work Authorization No calls or agencies please.
