POSITION SUMMARY: The Identity and Access Management IAM Analyst works with various departments to help drive access control initiatives in support of internal policies, regulatory compliance, and industry standards. The IAM Analyst role provides IAM expertise and guidance to various business units and works closely with IT and cybersecurity groups to gather identity and access management requirements to design and implement access controls across all systems in support of IT and cybersecurity strategies. Responsibilities Resolves assigned access management tasks and Incidents within defined service level agreements. Performs account provisioning and deprovisioning across multiple hospital systems. Assists with information management analysis for applications. Maintains user identity administration processes to support secure access controls. Qualifications Education & Experience: Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Additional years of experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis. 2+ years’ of experience in security provisioning, identity and access management, or a related IT support role. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and enterprise access management solutions. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
