  • $123,444 - $144,386 (depending on experience) + 15.4% superannuation

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone with proven experience (7 years +) in implementing and managing IAM Solutions including Oracle IAM stack, SailPoint, OKTA, and Entra ID.

In addition, you will have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience with Radiator and Microsoft Network Policy Server.
  • In-depth knowledge of IAM principles, access governance, and role-based access control.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience with authentication standards and technologies, including Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with identity and access management technology, such as single sign-on (SSO), two-factor authentication, privileged access management/privileged Identity Management, etc.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategy and Leadership: Lead contributions across IAM platforms including working closely with Cyber and Infrastructure initiatives, developing and mentoring other IAM engineers to the strategy for IAM modernisation.
  • Collaborating: Align identity programs with business needs liaising with various business functions including Architecture, Cyber, Compliance, Legal and Human Resources.
  • Identity Management: Design and implement identity management solutions, including user provisioning, authentication, and access control.
  • Access Control: Develop and enforce access policies and procedures to ensure that only authorized individuals have access to sensitive data and systems.
  • System Integration: Integrate identity management solutions with various applications and systems to streamline access and enhance security.
  • Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to identity and access management.
  • Incident Response: Monitor and respond to security incidents related to identity management and access control.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of identity management processes, policies, and configurations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of identity management solutions.
  • Maintain: Maintain lifecycle management of Identity and Access solutions to required ISM standards.
  • Change: Conform to ASICs ITIL processes such as incident and change management.
  • Outside hours: This position may be required to work outside of hours to support critical operational changes, incidents, and project implementation as appropriate.
