Job Description Are you starting your career in cybersecurity and eager to grow in the field of identity and access management? Inetum is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IAM Junior Consultant to join our team and support key identity operations for critical clients in the financial sector. Your Key Responsibilities Manage user and e-banking accounts, access rights, and roles in line with established security policies. Support the provisioning and deprovisioning of access to systems, applications, and resources. Perform regular user access reviews to ensure alignment with compliance standards. Respond to basic IAM issues and service requests, escalating when necessary and collaborating with the wider team. Ensure that access requests are processed accurately and within contractual deadlines. Perform password resets and assist users via phone support. Answer client calls in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring high-quality user support. Participate in weekend and holiday standby rotations when required. Qualifications Experience or training in a related technical or IT support role. Proficient with Microsoft Office tools. Familiarity with Active Directory, RSA and HID platforms (MFA). Basic knowledge of Azure Entra ID and Microsoft 365 (O365). Methodical, detail-oriented, and able to perform repetitive tasks with precision. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially by phone. Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and maintain a professional attitude. Fluent in French (B2 level) and English (B1 level minimum).
