Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the IAM Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for leading our Identity and Access Management environment, helping protect our systems and information by ensuring secure access and supporting compliance. This role will work closely with the wider IT Security team and various stakeholders across the business to manage incidents, drive improvements, and support ongoing reviews of access and governance processes.
This role is hybrid, with 2 days a week based at our Chadstone Support Office

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Lead and support a small IAM team, including permanent and contract team members
  • Oversee access management processes, including provisioning, approvals, and system reviews
  • Respond to and manage IAM-related incidents and service requests
  • Contribute to IAM strategy and continuous improvement of security practices
  • Work with stakeholders to plan and implement new tools, systems, and enhancements
  • Maintain and support identity governance tools such as SailPoint and Azure AD
  • Collaborate with external vendors and testing partners as needed
  • Support compliance with data-related regulations such as PCI
  • Lead IAM audit activities and reporting of security control effectiveness
