About the role: We are looking for an Identity Developer to support the build and configuration of Identity Governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. This role is ideal for someone early to mid‑career in IAM who wants hands‑on delivery experience within an agile team. What you’ll be responsible for: Configuring standard SailPoint IdentityIQ features such as access requests, certifications, and lifecycle states. Developing and maintaining basic to intermediate custom IIQ rules and workflows, under guidance. Supporting application onboarding activities, including connector configuration and attribute mapping. Assisting with provisioning, reconciliation, and integration testing. Executing unit testing and supporting defect resolution. Maintaining configuration records and delivery documentation. Participating actively in sprint planning and agile ceremonies. What we’re looking for: 2–4 years’ experience in IAM, security engineering, or related roles. 1–2+ years’ experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, or strong experience with similar IAM platforms. Foundational development or scripting experience. Understanding of identity lifecycle and access governance concepts.
