Intelink Services provide interagency information sharing, content discovery, and collaboration capabilities on the IC system domains to the IC and its partners in Defense, Homeland Security, Foreign Affairs, and Law Enforcement.
AT&T has an opening for an Identity Specialist to support Public Sector Solutions.
This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.
Work to be performed in Laurel, MD.

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Knows the details behind TLS protocols, cipher configurations, client PKI certificate authentication, OCSP, trust stores etc.
  • Experience with STS applications such as PingFederate, Oracle OIF, KeyCloak, or Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services
  • Familiarity with Active Directory or LDAP (DIT hierarchical structure design)
  • Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IdAM) protocols such as SAML and OAUTH/OIDC.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Fourteen (14) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Certifications: Compliance with DoD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAM Level II (CASP, CISSP, CAP)

Required Skills:

  • Operating System experience: Windows Server and Linux (Red Hat) to include maintenance, upgrades, security patching, and IAVA compliance.
  • Familiarity with scripting and programming languages (Perl, Java, Python).
  • Ability to understand application requirements, application implementation, and Operating System optimization for applications.
  • Excellent problem solving skills that demonstrate the candidate can effectively analyze data to implement proper solutions.
  • Creating documentation to detail and outline technical solutions / application installations
