Description IDIQ Program Manager The Ascendancy Group’s Mission To be the unequaled provider of special operations forces (SOF) and Intelligence Community focused technical, service, and training-based solutions. Overview As a TAG Program Manager, you will manage scheduling tasks to ensure services and deliveries are identified, planned, tracked, and reported as required by the individual Task Order. Scheduling shall include, but not limited to, milestones, major reviews, key events, interdependencies, and deliveries as appropriate depending on the complexity of the Task Order. These tasks shall be executed if directed by the documentation of each individual Task Order. In this role, you will support the pursuit of future task orders to grow business. Security Requirement: A Top Secret/SCI security clearance is required. Roles and Responsibilities: Perform a variety of different actions and activities in support of each assigned event, exercise, project, or program. Functional duties primarily are to plan, direct, organize, control, and coordinate training/exercise efforts, contractor manpower and team activities. Includes areas of administration, program control, and technical supervision of personnel involved in support of assigned tasks. Interface with the Government’s Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR) while serving as the main point of contact to interface on behalf of the company to the Government with full decision-making authority. Provide management oversight to a variety of multi-disciplined subcontractors’ teams. Analyze the results for program reviews to help develop an effective and efficient approach to ensuring program milestones are met. Serve as the company representative for briefings up to the General Officer (GO)/Senior Executive Service (SES) level audience. Responsible for major program documentation and evidence of highest quality. Risk Management shall be an essential task in the program management of Task Orders and support may include, but is not limited to: Program/project status reporting and information flow. Weekly face to face Task Order update meetings. Preparation for and participation in program management, execution, and technical reviews. Analysis and evaluation of program/ project progress and status. Development and implementation of exercise plans and training strategies. Development of required documentation and briefing material Requirements: 5 Years total experience in SOF assigned organizations, as military, Government Civilian or contractor. 5 Years experience as a Program Manager on a DOD contract or with DOD. A Master's Degree in any Business-related field or any Bachelor's Degree and an additional 3 years (total of 8 years) experience in SOF organizations, as military Government Civilian, or contractor. Intimate understanding of Naval Special Warfare requirements and culture Program Management Professional (PMP) OR DAU Level III Certification/Advanced Certificate – or an additional 5 years (total of 10 years) Program Management experience on a DOD contract or with DOD.
