JOB DESCRIPTION:

5 different workstreams that they are focusing on - this includes:

• combining of BK & MHI
• RTB - this is a backfill and is more with a support focus
• BK & MHI - system upload
• (they expect to need a upgrade next year as well)
• Day 2 enhancement - entities projects.
• identity management platform -ensuring the right people have the right access across the business version 9 but happy with anyone with 8+.
• Need people to be able to get lead the teams - L2 teams need some support.
• The consultants will be largely working on change request but the RTB backfill will be mainly support.
• 7 years experience on IDM with work on specific product called One Identity.
• experience with upgrades
• dev, analysis, testing and stakeholder management.
• providing lead analysis, development and support primarily around the IDM platform, with potential to work on other systems.
• Dealing with day-to-day production problems & maintenance, providing L3 support as required.
• Managing and delivering a pipeline of small change work items through all stages of the IT lifecycle
• Requirements Capture and documenting
• Development to standards
• Testing including regression testing
• Packaging and deploying
• Mentoring FD L2 support resources and providing handover for changes.
• Analysis of the business data and process requirements to support our IDM platform processing, including data requirements / dependencies.
• Undertaking IDM platform design & development change activities.
• Advising on implementation approach for IDM platform related projects.
• Conduct IDM platform systems testing and support user acceptance testing
• Putting together release plan & promoting changes to IDM platform controlled environments (UAT, PROD).
