As an IDQ Tech Lead you will be responsible for driving the implementation and optimization of Informatica Cloud solutions while leveraging your strong domain expertise in industry. This position requires a proactive leader who can ensure seamless data integration across platforms, champion data quality initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that significantly contribute to the company’s success. In this role, you will: • Lead the design and implementation of data quality solutions using Informatica Data Engineering and Quality tools to enhance data integrity and reliability. • Oversee the integration of Informatica Cloud Data Quality and Address Verification to ensure accurate and consistent data across systems. • Provide expertise in Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) to identify and resolve data quality issues improving overall data governance. • Implement Infa Cloud Data Integration and Profiling to streamline data processes and support business intelligence initiatives. • Utilize Informatica Analyst and Address Doctor to perform data analysis and address validation ensuring data accuracy. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. • Develop and maintain data quality metrics and dashboards to monitor data health and drive continuous improvement. • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards promoting a culture of data stewardship. • Conduct regular data quality assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. • Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to empower team members with data quality best practices. • Drive innovation by exploring new data quality tools and technologies to enhance our data management capabilities. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data quality objectives and align them with organizational goals. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Princeton, NJ. What you need to have to be considered • Possess strong expertise in Informatica Data Engineering and Quality tools including Informatica Cloud solutions. • Demonstrate proficiency in data integration profiling and analysis using Informatica tools. • Have a solid understanding of data governance principles and best practices. • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues. • Show experience in the People-HR-Emp domain particularly in the car rental industry. • Display strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work model. • Be adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies to enhance data quality initiatives. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until December 5th, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 - $110,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
