In this position, you’ll be at the center of a dynamic interdisciplinary team, providing critical administrative and clerical support that keeps daily operations running smoothly and ensures seamless communication across departments. You’ll manage scheduling, prepare and organize documentation, support meetings, and maintain accurate data, while contributing directly to the delivery of high-quality, participant-centered care. Primary Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support to the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), including scheduling meetings, assessments, and care conferences. * Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and participant documentation; attend meetings as needed and record notes and follow-ups. * Serve as a primary point of contact for IDT members, coordinating communication with internal teams and external partners. * Maintain accurate, confidential participant records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and ensure compliance with PACE, CMS, HIPAA, and organizational standards. * Assist with data entry, tracking, and special projects to support participant-centered care. * Manage general office duties such as phone calls, emails, filing, and ordering supplies. * Adapt to changing priorities and support team needs in a fast-paced healthcare environment. ✅ What You’ll Need: Required * High school diploma or GED * At least 1 year of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in healthcare or a related setting * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook; PowerPoint a plus) and comfort learning electronic systems (EHR experience helpful) * Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation * CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire Preferred * Associate’s degree * Previous experience supporting a healthcare team, interdisciplinary team (IDT), or clinical environment The above is a summary of the position, it in no way states or implies that these are the only duties this position will be required to perform.
