ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting new opportunity for a highly organised and efficient Part-Time Radiology Coordinator to join our expanding IDXt Tele-Radiology division. Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and onboarding coordination to our Radiologists worldwide.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage onboarding of radiologists into IDXt.
• Interviews, documentation, follow-up and queries.
• Credentialing, accreditation and registrations with the relevant authorities.
• Contract preparation.
• Workstation and training management.
• Document management of policies and procedures.
• Assist with management of clinical incidents.
• Quality Initiatives such CPD, Appraisals
• Co-ordinate IT issues affecting Radiologists
• Assist with rosters and workflow assignments as required.
• Other duties as directed by the General Manager and/or Operations Group.
