Description

The Impact You'll Make Responsible for import and export affairs, controlling customs risks. Support the operation of import and export business.What You’ll Be Doing •Responsible for creating import and export customs declaration documents, reviewing data to ensure accuracy. •learning and use of GTS and TMS. •Learn and master the classification of materials to ensure accuracy. •Pay attention to export business, maintain close contact with customer service, and ensure the timeliness of customer orders. •Handle customs declaration, inspection, taxation, valuation, release, inspection and quarantine bureau inspection, verification, certificate of origin and other procedures; •Assist the finance department in handling export tax refund procedures and provide the necessary import and export documents to the finance department. •Daily maintenance of import and export reports to ensure data security and accuracy. •Assist in organizing customs duties, ensure correct payment of taxes, register tax data and submit to finance. • • •What We're Looking For •Bachelor degree •Over 1 years working experience in manufactureing factory and similar experience. •Excellent understanding of SAP •Familiar with Microsoft Office, be good at using EXCEL. •Strong communication and coordination capability. •Good command of spoken/written English is better.What You'll Get from Us We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
