Job Responsibilities ： Responsibilities and duties ： Assist FA Industrial engineer to make and design manufacturing system of cutting process. Prepare FA SOS and work instruction. Complete work station GCSD studies and issue headcount allocation. Develop FA manufacturing system, design FA process. Optimize FA area layout design. Improve FA QVC metrics. Eliminate wastes. Balance final assembly line stations. Improve FA labor efficiency. Reduce FA headcount. Solve production field problems and quick response. Solve technical problems of production site and assist C.S. department to analyze FA FTQ and quality problems. Quick response. Continuous improvement. Utilize Lean Concept to lead continuous improvement in FA area. Develop automatic equipment and standardize procedure to improve FA performance.
