You will assist in analyzing production processes, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing solutions for improvement and support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. 2. You will collect and analyze data related to production time, resource utilization, and waste reduction also develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. 3. You will participate in time and motion studies to optimize workflow and reduce cycle times and contribute to factory layout optimization projects and material flow analysis. 4. You will assist in preparing reports and presentations on project progress and results also collaborate with various departments, including production, quality, and engineering. 5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. 6. We are looking for a candidate who currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. 2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 3. Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts and tools (e.g., 5S, Value Stream Mapping) is a plus. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 6.
