Job Description Lead the Industrial Engineering function and oversee implementation of LEAN manufacturing practices (VSM, Continuous flow - layouts, 5S, Cycle time & takt time studies, Ergonomics, Waste elimination, TPM program). Optimize the cycle time improvement to meet SAP Routing/Process time requirements. Evaluate, design, and improve production systems and processes; identify value-added and non-value-added activities and ensure continuous optimization. Plan and direct Kaizen activities and continuous improvement projects to achieve productivity, quality, and cost targets. Develop, approve, and ensure adherence to standard work instructions and production layouts. Oversee design and improvement of workstations and layouts to ensure ergonomic efficiency and minimize non-value-added motions. Manage project teams focused on optimizing PCBA and mechanical assembly processes to improve throughput, yield, and process stability. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. Define and implement cost-reduction strategies and process improvement plans aligned with company objectives. Monitor and report IE KPIs (productivity rate, yield, capacity utilization, efficiency improvement, OLE – Overall Labor Efficiency). Lead capacity planning, manpower analysis, and line balancing activities to ensure optimal resource allocation. Establish data collection systems, ensure data integrity, and use analytical tools to support decision-making. Coach and develop IE engineers and technicians to strengthen the technical capability of the team. Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Planning to ensure smooth execution of improvement initiatives and new product introductions (NPI). Manages Department budgets, schedules, and team development. Financial/analytical ability and change management Qualifications Bachelor/master's degree in industrial engineering Minimum 8 years of experience in Industrial Engineering with at least 5-10 years of experience in IE manager position in an electronics manufacturing environment. Strong technical competencies in: Lean Manufacturing, VSM, Continuous flow, 5S, Cycle time & takt time studies, Ergonomics, SMED, Pull system, TPM, PCB Assembly, Box Build, and Mechanical Assembly. Proven experience leading cost reduction and process improvement projects. Excellent analytical skills; proficiency in workflow/time study and process balancing. MOST or MTM certification required. Proficient in AutoCAD and relevant industrial engineering software. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Fluent in English (written and verbal).
