Welcome to Bosch. Job Description Support plant standardized work framework and ensure operational consistency. Evaluate workplace ergonomics, identify risks, and recommend improvements to enhance safety and compliance. Implement time management practices and support project evaluation. Drive and participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities. Participate in MAE design and NPI projects from early stages to prevent build-in issues. Collect and analyze data to support process optimization initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering (fresh graduates welcome). Basic knowledge of industrial engineering, lean manufacturing, health & safety regulations, and continuous improvement methods. Strong willingness to learn with good communication and coordination skills. Analytical mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
