It ensures that global Plan-to-Report processes and reporting standards are implemented seamlessly in China while balancing global consistency with local compliance and business needs. The Specialist partners with PDO and business stakeholders to prioritize requirements, analyze gaps, and recommend best-fit solutions using market benchmarks. Responsibilities include managing the transition of local systems into the IERP roadmap, overseeing projects, and ensuring lifecycle governance. Postlaunch, the role serves as the SPOC for operational escalations, driving resolution, and continuous efficiency improvements.
