Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities To Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs. Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements. Responsible to exchange data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures. Handles standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department. Leads a small manufacturing unit or a part of a bigger unit with a budget > $ 1.5 million. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Materials Planning and Execution. Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
