· Previous experience in an IFA or financial services administration role (essential)
· Knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products
· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with financial planning systems (e.g. Intelliflo, XPlan) is a plus

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

As an IFA Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting advisers and clients by managing the administrative aspects of the advice process. You’ll be involved in preparing and maintaining client files, liaising with providers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide full administrative support to financial advisers and paraplanners
· Process new business applications and track them through to completion
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM systems
· Liaise with clients, product providers, and third parties to gather information
· Prepare review packs and valuation reports for client meetings
· Ensure compliance and documentation standards are consistently met
· Handle general office administration tasks as required
