We’re seeking an ambitious individual to join our Financial Planning team in Belfast. You will be responsible for providing full administrative support to Financial Planners, as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience. This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to be in the office 3 days per week after probation. As a Client Administrator, your responsibilities will include among others: Ideally some experience of working for an IFA. Ideally some client facing experience & Onboarding new clients Completing application forms and paperwork / Processing new business Preparing meeting packs/ Invoices / Withdrawals Letters of authority / Client servicing/client queries Have experience in ISAs/Pensions/SIPPS/SSAS/Offshore bonds Work closely with the aligned Financial Planners and/or Investment Managers to deliver excellent client outcomes Liaise with operational teams where support is provided on activities. e.g., scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes, where applicable Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should Ideally some experience working in the wealth management industry / working for an IFA Experience of providing support to Financial Advisors throughout end to end process Experience of dealing with HNW clients and an ability to use judgement and reasoning to propose solutions to problems Knowledge of financial products i.e. ISAs, Pensions, GIA, Offshore and Onshore bonds etc Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships The ability to fully plan workload and display excellent organisational skills Additional Information As a colleague here at Evelyn Partners, you will have access to benefits that include: Competitive salary Private medical insurance Life assurance Pension contribution Hybrid working model (role dependant) Generous holiday package Option to purchase additional holiday Shared parental leave We are proud to value the differences that a diverse workforce brings, representative of society and our clients.
