We’re seeking an ambitious individual to join our Financial Planning team in Southampton. You will be responsible for providing full administrative support to Financial Planners, as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience. This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to be in the office 3 days per week after probation. For the first 6 months it is a full time office based role. As an Financial Planning Client Administrator, your responsibilities will include among others: To work closely with the aligned Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes, build relationships and maintain regular contact. Onboarding clients/processing new business / preparation of meeting packs and valuations (as required) Completing application forms and paperwork - Invoices & Withdrawals Processing Letters of authority Liaise with operational teams where support is provided on activities. e.g., scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes, where applicable Managing client queries including supporting and collaborating with Financial Planning team Assist investment managers in the preparation of new business pitches and presentations Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have experience as follows:- Previous administration experience supporting Financial Planners/ Wealth professionals A strong ethic of client service Have experience in most of these financial products:- ISAs/ Pensions/ SIPPS/ SSAS/ Offshore bonds Have strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships Possess the ability to fully plan workload and display excellent organisational skills Additional Information As a colleague here at Evelyn Partners, you will have access to benefits that include: Competitive salary Private medical insurance Life assurance Pension contribution Hybrid working model (role dependant) Generous holiday package Option to purchase additional holiday Shared parental leave We are proud to value the differences that a diverse workforce brings, representative of society and our clients.
