Play a crucial role in collaborating with our industry-leading pharmaceutical client in maintaining safe, compliant, and efficient environments and exemplary facilities services.
In this role, you will champion Sodexo’s values and a commitment to innovation by overseeing the performance of various facilities and locations, enhancing quality and safety standards, and supporting our Vested contract model. You’ll work closely with technical industry experts, and enable continuous improvement in compliance and service delivery.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Lead and inspire the operational team to consistently meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contractual commitments
  • Direct and embed contract governance; driving safety, compliance and audit readiness across the account for both Hard FM (including GMP) and Soft FM services
  • Develop and hold ownership of the accounts strategic projects regarding people, processes, improvement and growth
  • Drive client and stakeholder satisfaction by fostering strong, long-term relationships and identifying new business opportunities
  • To inspire and coach as a visible leader on-site, empowering management to lead with Sodexo’s values and engagement principles
  • Enhance financial performance, ensuring effective budget management and productivity improvements
  • Promote a culture of safety, adopting Sodexo’s Zero Harm Mindset and acting as an ambassador of Sodexo’s mission, ethos and values
