Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the global supply chain network supporting the sourcing, production, logistics, and distribution of IFP products. This role ensures on-time delivery, cost efficiency, quality assurance, and alignment with company strategy for Saudi market. The position requires close collaboration with OEM/ODM partners, logistics providers, Saudi sales teams, and Saudi Planning team. Key Responsibilities: Planning & Strategy Develop and execute supply chain strategies for IFP products, including demand forecasting, capacity planning, and procurement optimization for Saudi market. Create and manage end-to-end supply chain processes from component sourcing to final delivery. Identify and mitigate risks in supply, logistics, and production. Procurement & Supplier Management Manage relationships with key suppliers, OEMs/ODMs, and component vendors. Negotiate contracts and lead supplier performance evaluations (quality, cost, delivery, compliance). Drive localization strategies as per company vision. Production Coordination Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to understand and apply in finalizing models. Coordinate production schedules with OEM manufacturers in China or other regions. Ensure timely availability of materials and components. Logistics & Distribution Oversee international logistics, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and inventory management. Optimize costs while maintaining product delivery targets. Prepare regular supply chain performance reports and present recommendations to management. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with sales, marketing and finance teams to align supply capabilities with market demand. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (Master’s preferred). Experience: 5–10 years of international supply chain in Electronics, AV, or display technology. Proven experience managing Interactive Flat Panels, touch displays etc. Strong understanding of Chinese manufacturing setups and middle east logistics. Skills: Expertise in procurement, vendor management, and logistics. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Fluent in English; Mandarin language is a plus. Strong cross-cultural communication and leadership skills. Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.
