We’re excited to introduce a new opportunity for an IFRS 17 Financial Reporting Analyst to join the innovative AXA - Global Healthcare team in Tunbridge Wells on a full-time, permanent basis. In this key role, you’ll deliver accurate, insightful, and impactful financial performance reporting primarily to AXA Global Healthcare CFO, Executive Committee and to the AXA Group. Collaborating closely with Finance, Reserving, and Actuarial teams, in this newly created role, you’ll help shape and improve our reporting processes and ensure high standards of governance across our financial reporting. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

Salary: Dependent on experienc

• Leading IFRS 17 financial performance reporting for actuals, budgets and reforecasts, including insightful commentary on variances.
• Building sound relationships across Finance, Reserving, and Actuarial teams to produce reliable and insightful reporting to AXA Global Healthcare CFO and Executive Committee, and to the AXA Group.
• Managing a central store for actuals, plans, and forecasts with robust controls and governance.
• Delivering accurate and timely IFRS 17 calculations, in compliance with the standard.
• Developing, documenting and maintaining robust IFRS 17 calculation processes and tools, ensuring clarity and consistency, in compliance with the standard and the industry updates.
• Creating and maintaining a risk & opportunity log to support effective performance management and continuous improvements of our processes and tools.
