Responsibilities

You will become part of a technical center of excellence within accounting and compliance with IFRS. The team works in close collaboration with colleagues within the operating areas, Global Finance organization, HR and Investor Relations, as well as our Group auditors.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Work as in-house specialist and business partner on complex accounting and financial reporting matters
  • Support Group Finance and operational areas in analyzing complex transactions, new contracts and business combinations (M&As)
  • Stay updated on accounting pronouncements and standards and ensure proper assessment, implementation, change management and disclosure within financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and Group Accounting Policies
  • Assist with external audits and provide requested information and address audit inquiries
  • Maintain strong documentation , formalized methodologies and assumptions for internal control purposes and external auditor’s examination
  • Enable strong risk awareness and support efficient internal controls
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for consistent accounting treatment across the organization
  • Support on the preparation of compliant, accurate and comprehensive financial statements and quarterly releases
  • Analyze financial data on technical projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Drive process improvements and optimizations
  • Provide training to Group Finance and other stakeholders
