IFS Business Systems Analyst – ERP (Sales & Supply Chain)
We’re looking for a IFS Business Systems Analyst who loves solving problems at the intersection of business and technology. In this role, you’ll work with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to improve ERP processes, streamline integrations, and deliver smarter reporting solutions. You’ll be the bridge between stakeholders and developers, turning business needs into solutions that actually work.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements and define solutions.
  • Translate needs into user stories, test cases, and clear deliverables.
  • Drive UAT cycles, manage defects, and ensure smooth rollouts.
  • Coordinate EDI flows and integrations with ERP and API platforms.
  • Capture reporting/document requirements and validate outputs with stakeholders.
  • Draft and review PL/SQL queries to support reporting and performance.
  • Support role/permission reviews and contribute to SOPs and documentation.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years as a Business Systems Analyst supporting ERP processes (Sales and Supply Chain).
  • Hands-on experience with EDI, integrations, UAT, and defect management.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage business leaders and SMEs.
  • Proficiency with collaboration tools (SharePoint, Planner, ticketing systems).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with IFS Cloud, ERP upgrades, or integration platforms (e.g., Boomi, Novacura).
  • Familiarity with reporting tools (SSRS, Crystal Reports) and workflow automation (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum and ERP certifications.
