We are supporting a leading organisation currently delivering a critical phase of their IFS ERP programme, and are looking for an experienced IFS Functional Consultant to join on a freelance basis.

This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in driving business process improvements, system optimisation, and supporting ongoing IFS initiatives.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead functional workshops with business stakeholders across key modules
• Gather and translate business requirements into IFS solutions
• Configure and optimise IFS (Finance / Supply Chain / Manufacturing depending on your expertise)
• Support testing phases (SIT/UAT) and resolve functional issues
• Provide best-practice guidance to improve system utilisation
• Assist with training, documentation, and user adoption
• Support go-live activities and post-go-live stabilisation
• Required ExperienceProven experience as an IFS Functional Consultant (Apps 10 / IFS Cloud)
• Strong knowledge in at least one core module:
• Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets)
• Supply Chain (Procurement, Inventory, Logistics)
• Manufacturing / Projects
• HCM
• End-to-end implementation or upgrade experience
• Ability to work closely with both business and technical teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
