What you can expect from the role: Deliver functional expertise within IFS Cloud Service & Maintenance (e.g. work orders, service contracts, scheduling, field service, etc.) Work closely with clients to understand service operations, gather requirements, and translate them into effective system solutions Configure and tailor IFS Service & Maintenance modules in line with business needs and best practices Support the full project lifecycle; from discovery and design through testing, training, and go-live Act as a trusted advisor, providing recommendations to improve service processes and system usage Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with areas such as Supply Chain, Finance, and Projects Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuously develop your expertise within IFS Service & Maintenance Support post-go-live optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives. What we will look for in your CV: Experience working with IFS Cloud Service & Maintenance, ideally in a consulting or implementation role Strong understanding of service operations, such as field service, asset management, maintenance planning, or service delivery processes Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and functional solutions Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability Fluent in English (written and spoken) Willingness to travel based on project needs Comfortable working both independently and as part of a project team.
