Job Description Position Summary The IFS Technical Architect / Technician will be responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, technical support, upgrades, integrations support, performance optimization, and maintenance of IFS Cloud environments. The role will lead all technical implementation activities and provide technical knowledge transfer to customer technical teams. Key Responsibilities Installation & Environment Setup Install and configure IFS Cloud environments. Configure Development, Test, UAT, Training, Production, and DR environments. Deploy application components and updates. Perform system upgrades and patching activities. Infrastructure & Database Support Collaborate with infrastructure teams on sizing and deployment. Support Oracle database setup and administration. Configure backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions. Monitor system performance and availability. Technical Administration Manage users, permissions, and security settings. Support SSO and authentication integrations. Configure email services and technical services. Manage certificates and security configurations. Integrations Support Support API and middleware integrations. Troubleshoot integration issues. Assist with third-party system connectivity. Performance & Troubleshooting Monitor application and database performance. Resolve technical issues and incidents. Perform root cause analysis. Support Go-Live and hyper care activities. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer Prepare technical installation documentation. Develop operational procedures and runbooks. Conduct technical training and handover sessions for customer ICT teams Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years experience administering enterprise applications. 3+ years experience with IFS Applications or IFS Cloud. Experience with Oracle databases and Linux environments.
