We are looking for our new IFS Technical Expert (m/f/d) - An enthusiastic, open, and communicative professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and approaches tasks with loyalty and responsibility. Job Description Responsibilities: Conduct Market Fit/Gap analyses to evaluate ERP solutions (focus on IFS). Define and document technical requirements and create/manage database objects. Develop and maintain a comprehensive test catalog for quality assurance. Collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure technical implementation and system integration. Drive the implementation of ERP systems and ensure successful technical transformation. Additional tasks: Optimization of warehousing processes. Contract negotiations and design of logistics agreements. Identification and execution of logistics optimization initiatives to improve efficiency. Qualifications Qualifications: Strong knowledge of IFS ERP and related technologies. Analytical skills for process optimization and technical execution. Proven experience working with cross-functional teams. At least basic knowledge of the IFS Maintenance solution. Proficient in English and Polish. Responsibilities

The IFS Technical Expert will conduct Market Fit/Gap analyses for ERP solutions and drive the implementation of ERP systems. They will also collaborate with IT teams for technical implementation and optimize warehousing processes.
