EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with Aloha POS or OpenTable systems is a plus but can be learned on the job.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed.
  • Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
  • Take accurate orders using Aloha POS or OpenTable systems and relay them to the kitchen staff.
  • Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash register operations and cash handling procedures.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while adhering to sanitation standards.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, offering assistance as needed.
  • Prepare tables for dining by setting up utensils, glassware, and condiments.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and other surfaces regularly.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
  • Assist in training new staff members on restaurant procedures and service standards.
