Overview:

Essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Attain or surpass monthly quota objectives.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up from Account Executives and Sales Leaders, as well as Marketing Leads and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Drive prospect qualification and solution positioning.
  • Oversee all aspects of solution proposals including project identification, Proposals and Quoting, and collaboration with the pre-sales and implementation teams on Statements of Work.
  • Provide territory management data: forecasts, account management documentation, and activity reports to the management team providing a basis for account/opportunity planning.
  • Maintain active relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Strategic Account Support: Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Leaders to support the strategic objectives of the account(s), including participating in strategic planning, offering solutions, and contributing to the overall account health and growth.
  • Demonstrate strong product and solution knowledge and the ability to articulate our value proposition to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Performs other duties, as assigned.

  • Strong listening skills – ability to understand customer needs and equate them to our solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Google Workspace
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong knowledge of IIM products and services – Hyland OnBase Required; Business Process Outsourcing, Managed Services, Tungsten Automation, UiPath, Salesforce and SharePoint preferred
  • Understanding of the Information Technology market, pricing dynamics, and competitive landscape, especially in Government, preferred

Qualifications:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Job duties require moderate travel to prospect/customer locations, as assigned and/or as necessary.
  • Required job duties are sedentary and normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment or a remote work environment.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of time.
