Technical Execution: * Configure and validate automation rules. Manage the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) process and obtain client sign-off. Perform environment cloning (LFUs and rules) from UAT to Production. Internal Collaboration: Work with Product and Technical Consultant (TC) teams to resolve dependencies and ensure timely delivery. Value Consultant 2 Focus: Managing complex engagements (High ARR, Multi-ERP environments, Multiple products, and Integrated Receivable scenarios). Complex Solutioning: Analyze multi-ERP data sets to identify systemic automation bottlenecks across diverse business units. Impact Modeling: Define the specific business impact (ROI) of proposed improvements and estimate the effort and duration required for execution. End-to-End Ownership: Act as the primary point of contact for the client during the optimization project, providing regular updates on "delta changes" and value delivery. Value Consultant 3 Focus: Strategy, Business Case Development, and Escalation Management. Strategic Prioritization: Review and approve the list of accounts prioritized for health check qualification across the team. Business Case Leadership: Present formal business cases to client executives; align on pricing and ROI expectations for optimization projects. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the first point of escalation for project risks and manage high-stakes client interactions. Project Operations: Coordinate with Data & Technology Associates (DTA) for opportunity creation and Change Order (CO) signing. Resource Planning: Initialize and manage projects within RocketLane to track execution findings and team capacity. Job Specification: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a premier institute (IIT/NIT/BITS or equivalent) is highly preferred. Experience: 1–6 years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or ERP Implementation (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
