Analytical skills to manage insights, driving output within set scope and following up results
Passion for the IKEA concept, brand objectives, values and vision
Strong Ability to proactively learn and understand local market environment, expectations from customers today and tomorrow to secure that commercial and service offers meet customer demands and needs
Broad knowledge of sales mechanisms and ability to analyse the market (customers, competition, news)
Broad knowledge of how to optimise the customer experience across physical and digital touchpoints and content to increase the likelihood that customer contact convert to sales
Good knowledge of the possibilities to activate sales and the use of the commercial calendar and relevant associated store activities
Good knowledge of analytics tool (Excel, PowerBi…)
Fluent in Italian and English languages
Responsibilities
Work closely with other Commercial and non-commercial functions (Service, Marketing, Home Furnishing Retail Design, Legal, Finance, Digital, Customer Fulfilment) to execute and implement IKEA business strategy to drive sales and conversion. Proactivity is the key.
Continuously work with the IKEA Business Leader in realizing the objectives of IKEA Business in the local market, such as:
Work with functions in Commercial in the market to build solutions to meet local business customer needs. Act as Business representative and operational member in developing these solutions.
Work hands on with the stores to implement solutions to deliver excellent meet the customers Feed learnings from stores into local and global priorities.
Lead special projects, such as targeted marketing campaigns, customer testimonials, office furnishing events or implementation of new offers and services, from IKEA Business perspective.
Contribute to the integrated multichannel executions/output of the function to contribute to the business goals
Follow up and Measure performance of output in own areas to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, and to ensure performance excellence throughout the year
You will know and manage requirements and compliance standards in the identified key B2B segments in the local market and work with Product & Compliance to share the information in store and feed Global with your local needs
You will work with People and Culture to feed needs for competence training
Act as a member of the Selling team and proactively contribute to Selling plan/output to deliver to the common objectives and goals
Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, be a role model of the IKEA values and contribute to the transformation of IKEA
