    IKEA for Business is one of the growth potentials of IKEA NL. In order to grasp full potential, we are looking for a country Business Key Account Manager who is able to drive extraordinary business growth, by being the entrepreneur that actively attracts new business customers and builds long-term relationships while increasing customer value. You will be part of the selling team of the Remote Customer Meeting Point (RCMP) of IKEA, contributing to the selling plan. You will actively collaborate with key stakeholders within Commercial, CFF (Customer Fulfillment) and Home Furnishing & Retail Design (HF&RD) functions to secure integrations and maximize project impact.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT OF IKEA



    • A 36-40 hour contract with a monthly salary between € 3.741 - € 5.030 based on your experience and knowledge

    • 8% holiday payment in May and a 13th month in December (option of a monthly pay out)

    Responsibilities


      • Act as a member of the RCMP and country Selling team and proactively contribute to the Selling plan/output in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals

      • Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and to maximize impact
      • Actively drive acquisition of new business customers and build up long term relationships with key accounts
      • Continuously develop relationships with major developers, architects, contractors and other stakeholders in construction in order to receive and help shape all major Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for new builds and refurbishments of hotels, apartments, office buildings, government offices and other real estate relevant to local market and IKEA strategy
      • Lead negotiations in finalizing terms and pricing for RFPs and other Key Account deals
      • Responsible for overseeing execution of won deals, coordinating and collaborating with co-workers across the business to proactively manage the process and avert issues
      • Responsible for managing the leads pipeline, measure success rate, follow up and identify improvement areas
      • Be an active player in working on sustainability initiatives within selling through ensuring sustainability priorities are reflected across offering (e.g. Home Solar, Energy Efficient Lighting)
