Job Description - Ensure the IKEA Food products sold are compliance with the national law and standard, by working closely with our Warehouse & logistics partner/Consultant, IFSAG (Phase In & Document group) and IKEA Food Development manager. - Updating all stakeholders (Warehouse & logistics partner/Consultant, IKEA Food managers at store level and IKEA Food Development manager) on the latest Product specifications, artwork and all necessary certificates and documents required by regulatory bodies. - Supporting warehouse & logistics partner by providing necessary documents and certificates (from iFood or Projectplace) needed for them to apply for the necessary permit and approval. Qualifications At least 3 years’ experience in a role relating to importation of food in a retail or multi-units food service organisation. • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoints presentation • Familiar with local legislation on importation of food products. • Fluent in English Additional Information Please apply by 31st October 2025.
