To learn more, visit IKEA.sg Job Description About the job Reporting to the Local Marketing and Communication Manager, you will support and coordinate the local marketing and communication efforts in the main market area (MMA). Your assignment You will be a part of our Local Marketing & Communication team, and your responsibilities include: Understand customer profile and behaviour research Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions Assist in the creation of content and graphics for communication channels Event coordination and implementation Carry out administrative and operations-related tasks as required Be involved in the development of various plans that support the initiatives of our Singapore Local Marketing & Communication team. Responsible for overall management of the Stores’ internal communication channels, including digital signage, notice boards, Microsoft communication platforms, IKANO One Intranet and Store content. Work with matrix in Service Office Corporate Communication Team. Own the channels and collaborate with other stakeholders to motivate participation and secure best practices. Your profile Highly independent, fast-learner, and requires minimal supervision An appetite for learning more about the IKEA brand and business, and gain experience in marketing and/or communication Excellent time and task management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent people engagement skills Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is required Past work experience in marketing / graphics is a plus Able to commit retail hours of shift work, weekends and public holidays Able to operate across the 3 Singapore stores (Tampines / Alexandra / Jurong) Available to commit for 6 months starting from January/February 2026
