Job Description About the job Reporting to the Swedish Food Market (SFM) & Bistro Manager, you will assist to support the daily operations of SFM & Bistro, ensuring good housekeeping in the work area, delivering food of exceptional quality, and providing excellent customer service to our IKEA customers. Your assignment Support in taking orders through the cash register at Swedish Food Market (SFM) & Bistro. Assist with processing food orders at the bistro counter. Help prepare meal ingredients and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation areas. Support in cleaning and sanitising food preparation areas according to hygiene standards. Assist with unloading delivered food supplies, check stock inventory, and ensure accuracy. Practice First-In-First-Out (FIFO) in all products to ensure freshness and quality of food. Adhere to operating procedures and contribute to high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (Q.S.C.), in line with Food Safety and Hygiene practices. Assist with store operations and contribute to the Functional Commercial Review Standards. Your profile You are motivated, responsible, and have good time management skills. You are a good team player who is also able to work independently. You can withstand prolonged hours of standing and work in a fast-paced food environment. You can commit to working on AM/PM shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
