As iLearn Operations Specialist within our People Tech Solutions, you’ll be part of the global team in charge of operating the iLearn system for Sanofi business Learning stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manages nomination and activation of specific set of GBU/GF learning groups representatives (Authorized Requestors of LMS services) and additional activities (such as maintaining the providers Catalog).
- Organizes network communication and forum to ensure customers do understand iLearn functionalities.
- Is their primary point of contact and maintains a good knowledge of their organization and learning context and requirements.
- Provides consulting (knowledge sharing) and support (run mode activities) in setting, evolving, assigning, and monitoring their training offer in iLearn.
- Ensure services are delivered according to global SLA, GOPs and quality standards.
- Contribute to iLearn Learner support improvement (knowledge base enrichment).
About you
- Experience: Previous experience in similar roles
- Soft skills: Strong customer orientation, team player and good communication skills
- Technical skills: Expertise in Learning Management System administration (ideally CSOD)
- Languages: Advanced English level
