Responsibilities

• Customer Service
• Greet and seat customers with a friendly and professional manner.
• Take orders accurately (POS system knowledge preferred).
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring ILZA quality standards.
• Handle takeaway and delivery orders (Square / delivery apps).
• Coffee & Drinks
• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, including specialty lattes and matcha.
• Assist baristas with basic coffee-making and cleaning duties.
• General Operations
• Assist kitchen and bar staff when needed (running food, light prep).
• Keep the café tidy and presentable at all times (tables, floor, counters).
• Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of service areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene practices.
• Team Support
• Communicate clearly with team members during service.
• Be flexible to assist where needed (front of house, drinks, light kitchen support).
