Salary: £63,900

What you’ll be doing:

• Apply knowledge, skills, and training to deliver IT solutions enabling the business to meet strategic and tactical goals
• Sets the vision/approach for the IM&T Functional Business Management System (BMS) in alignment with Group IM&T direction
• Oversee the introduction/consolidation of IM&T processes/toolsets to meet the overall objectives of the IM&T Function in accordance with the agreed IM&T Architecture Roadmap
• Provide specialist knowledge across IT topics, advising and influencing the effectiveness of the organisation’s business processes
• Maintain deep expertise in technical specialisms, providing expert advice on their application. Supervises specialist technical consultancy in areas such as IT architecture, methods, products, or application domains
• Contribute to new business proposals, offering expertise in information management, including collaborative working solutions. Ensures compliance with organisational policies and information management strategy
• Influence stakeholders, including organisation, customers, suppliers, and peers, on the contribution of their specialism. Makes impactful decisions on work results, deadlines, and budget. Allocates and manages resources effectively

Your skills and experiences:

• Demonstrable experience in delivering complex IT solutions
• Experience in using the following toolsets: BizzDesign, Atlassian and Archer
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
