JOB OVERVIEW

Rivlin Medical Group is a leading medical practice specializing in interventional pain management and advanced image-guided procedures. Our clinic offers fluoroscopy and ultrasound-guided injections to provide patients with safe, effective, and minimally invasive treatments.
We are seeking an Image-Guided Injections Nurse Manager to oversee our nursing staff and day-to-day operations in both fluoroscopy and ultrasound procedure suites. This leadership role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care across all imaging-guided services.

EXPERIENCE

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
  • 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience; interventional radiology, ultrasound, or surgical nursing experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience assisting with image-guided injections (fluoroscopy and/or ultrasound).
  • Previous leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Current BLS/ACLS certification.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with OHIP/ODB and third-party insurance billing processes (asset).

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the fluoroscopy and ultrasound procedure suites, including workflow, scheduling, and staffing.
  • Lead and support nursing staff through mentorship, supervision, and performance management.
  • Assist physicians with fluoroscopy- and ultrasound-guided injections, ensuring safe patient preparation, monitoring, and recovery.
  • Provide patient care, including assessments, vitals, intakes, pre- and post-procedure care, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain active registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and current BLS certification.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control, radiation safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage equipment, supplies, and medications (procurement, preparation, and monitoring).
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and external providers to coordinate care.
  • Support clinic operations with occasional administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
