Here at Fairview, we are now seeking an Imaging Asset and Contract Manager to join our dynamic Imaging Team! This is an exempt, remote position that will work during the day shift, Monday through Friday with flexibility of working hours.
The Asset and Contract Manager is responsible for supplier life-cycle management for Fairview Imaging Services. This role will work with operational leaders, Contracting, Supply Chain, Clinical Engineering, and Finance to optimize supplier negotiation and contract strategies and support system leaders in maximizing supplier, asset, and service performance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of Associates Degree and two years of relevant experience
  • 3 years of directly applicable experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s Degree
  • 7 years of directly applicable experience in the healthcare industry
    Qualifications:
    $84052.80-$118664.00 Annua
Responsibilities
  • Maximize profitability of Imaging operations through optimization of Imaging equipment life cycle, supplier, service agreements, and invoicing / AP processes
  • Design and implement systems that facilitate life cycle asset management
  • Manage up to date inventories of all assets
  • Coordinate with operational leaders to maintain capital asset inventory
  • Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best price for assets/agreements in collaboration with operational leaders
  • Project manage capital acquisition processes
  • Strategically assess performance of internal maintenance and service agreement strategies
  • Identify high value product and service alternatives
  • Partner with operations and finance to forecast, budget, and measure economic performance
