Level 2 qualifications in a relevant health care related subject or completion of the CARE certificate is required for the post. There is a preceptorship program in place for progression to level 3 when complete. You will be a highly motivated, hardworking individual who strives to deliver excellent care. Ideally you will have some experience in a care setting and have good verbal and written communication skills and reasonable level of numeracy.
