Job Description ＜主な担当業務＞担当顧客を理解し関係の構築と、ソリューション活動を生かして担当製品の営業を行う。 • 市場特性を理解し、顧客との関係を構築する • 担当地域（Area/Block）における戦略を着実に遂行する • 受注・売上、利益、市場シェアの最大化と、製品及びソリューションの提供による高い顧客満足の獲得 • チームおよび会社のリソースを最大限活用した、良好かつ長期的な顧客関係の構築 • CT/MR/MI/Intervention/Surgery/Rad/Mammography :製品説明およびプレゼンテーションのサポート、フォローアップなどの策定・実施 • 顧客担当として商談の鍵となる決裁者の情報等を含む顧客情報の作成・記録・メンテナンス - 情報ツールの活用により、市場情報（競合他社情報を含む）を把握し、戦略の策定・実施を行う • HPM（Healthcare Project Management:医療機器の設置導入担当チーム）との協働によるPost-Salesのプロセスの効率化 • One GEヘルスケアとして、超音波、PCS (Patient Care Solutions: 麻酔器、生体モニター等の機器）を含む、その他画像診断機器の営業/技術担当者と協力し、ソリューション構築/提供に貢献する＜期待される経験・資格＞医療機器営業経験がある方、歓迎します。 • 3年以上の医療機器もしくはその他の製品/サービスの法人営業経験をお持ちの方 • 高いコミュニケーション能力があり、お客様との様々なシーンに対応するためのフットワークがあること • プレゼンテーション能力があり、お客様に対し、基本的な製品紹介ができること • 現在の経験や知識に加えて、GEヘルスケア製品やビジネスプロセスに関する知識を学ぼうとする意欲があること • 高いモチベーションがあり、社内外の関係者と一緒に協働できるチームプレーヤーであること • 周囲のステークホルダーとの、オープンな相互フィードバックができ、前例に捉われず、既存業務を改善していく姿勢があること • 日本語が流ちょうで、ある程度の英語・英会話に抵抗がないこと • 日本国内で業務車両を運転するための免許を取得していること • Microsoft Officeの知識、およびPCのスキル＜あると望ましい経験・資格＞ • 大規模な/複雑な/戦略的な取引を取りまとめた経験 • 医療業界、医療機器の知識、経験 • お客さまのニーズをくみ取りそこからソリューションを生み出すことができる • チーム力の推進及び促進のために高いバイタリティ、熱意、エンゲージメントがある • 業務活動及びプロジェクト完了を推進するための十分な解析スキルと能力 GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
