Short shifts available! 8-16 hours available every 2 weeks! NO travel, overnights, holidays, or on-call! Incorporate your education directly with hands-on pediatric training with our Cardiology Echo team! This position is designed for Imaging students to expand their skills and ready them for the workforce – join us today! Responsibilities: Assist Radiologists and Technologists with exams. Greet patients, track exams, scan scripts, and schedule exams. Utilize imaging equipment under the supervision of a Radiologist or Technologist. Assist Radiologists and Technologists setting up contrast, however, will never be responsible for loading or priming the injector. Learn and follow radiation safety standards and protocols. Must be an active 2nd-year student in ARRT, ARDMS, CNMT, or NMCTB approved school. Students studying Echocardiography or a related cardiology program preferred. Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting, Act 33, Act 34, and Act 73 FBI clearances with renewals.
